Often considered the “grandfather of all manufactured home producers in the state of Alabama”, the Buccaneer legacy has stood the test of time, remaining one of few home manufacturers able to say they’ve been in continuous operation for over 40 years. They're finally here - after so many requests for a quality Platinum Cottage and Cabin in a larger size and with much anticipation, we now have 400-1800 sq/ft designs available with the same amazing decor options found in the smaller RV Platinum Park Homes. If you've seen a Platinum, you know it's hand-crafted and built with pride, precision, and dedication. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed. Choose from standard James Hardie Cempanel siding, upgraded cedar siding, or log siding. Cedar shake accents are available. Dress up your beautiful tape and texture interior with a variety of stained pine accents and paint colors. Optional granite countertops and Quartz countertops are also available. A variety of porches are also available: screened, unscreened, shed porch, wrap-around porches, craftsman style porches, and more.

We are proud to offer a new truly "tiny" home series. these models do not require moving permits and can be moved with a 1 ton pickup, with no special licensing or modifications. We work directly with our clients on these units to provide exactly what you are looking for, so the sky is the limit to floor plans options features etc.
