Platinum - "The Austin"

WOW!! This model is amazing! The exterior has the "Austin Flair" with Real Cedar Accents and our weathered gray stain and copper roof. Double porches also give this model a unique look, especially with the shed roof design of the rear porch. Inside the "Austin" has its own flair. Tall ceilings throughout with tons of windows make this unit feel like its 700 sqft instead of 399! A moveable island is a nice feature, as well as the very functional. the bathroom houses the W/D neatly, and a barn door is a nice touch. The ceiling in the bath room is stained wood with nice beams, and the hand-laid tile shower is beautiful! The rear bedroom has tall ceiling, and a personal porch off the bedroom for drinking coffee in the mornings.
